K&B Lessons is unique from our techniques, expectations and how far we will go for our students and their equines.

As a traveling equine program, we rely on our students to provide a place where we can learn, grow, and teach.

We can meet and teach in backyards, virtually, in barns, and arenas.

Do you do personalize travel quotes?

Yes! Reach out to us with your location and we will give you a quote!

Where do travel fees originate from?

Depending on scheduling, travel fees will be added on if you are a notable distance from other clients on that day. We will do our best to minimize travel fees when scheduling.

Do you group clients together? Do they pay travel fees?

Great question! We currently have clients in Grantsville, Eagle Mountain, Herriman, Sandy, South Rim and Tooele.

We do group clients together on the same day – if possible. When we have enough clients in a concentrated area, they either get a discounted travel fee or the fee is waived. If you would like to see if your location qualifies, reach out to us!

Why do you travel?

We know what it is like to not have an instructor in your area, your horse doesn’t load or travel well, you don’t own a trailer, or you just don’t have the time in your schedule to haul and fuss with multiple hours to get a lesson. Our goal is to make our services accessible across these regions, ensuring you have expert assistance and support for your equine endeavors.

General Guidelines for Travel Fees

20 – 35 Miles

$20

Travel fee will be waived if there are 2 or more clients, or one client who chooses a 90-minute lesson.

35 – 55 Miles

$30

Travel fee will be waived if there are 2 or more clients at 1 hour each, minimum.

55+ Miles

$60

Travel Fee will be split between students in the surrounding areas.

Minimum of 4 clients at 1 hour each, minimum

We will do our best to coordinate with clients in similar areas to keep your travel fees down to a minimum.
